3.Managing time and success Most of us have so much more to do than we can ever manage. If this is the case for you, you are probably not focused enough on what will be really effective for you, or not disciplined enough to stick to it. I will try to teach you to be both of these.

I really liked Sally's book, it was thorough and yet concise, focused, to the point.
It reminded me a little about the focusing process itself, actually. I felt that Sally was
guiding me through, showing me step by step exactly what to do in order to start
my focusing initiative. I felt could trust her, that I was in good hands, and that
for me says it all.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This little book could also be titled, 'How to con people into focusing . . .' so focusing teachers can make a lot of money! Consumer beware!
Unfortunately, it suggests several deceitful marketing practices, such as don't tell your intended audience you're doing focusing and call it something else instead, pretend to have empathy for your targeted audience, etc. . . . Sadly, with such dishonest marketing practices, Sally Tadmor throws out the proverbial baby, 'what's good about focusing' with the bathwater! It left me wondering if 'focusing' itself is strong enough to survive without dishonesty.
In this inspiring, encouraging yet highly practical handbook, Sally Tadmor lays out a step by step formula for becoming a successful Focusing teacher and trainer. This warm, wise and engaging book is filled with practical knowledge on everything from how to write effective marketing copy when advertising workshops to how to find good and affordable support staff! Follow the steps laid out so clearly and concisely in this superb guide and you will be well on your way to establishing the kind of Focusing practice you have always dreamed of!
I enjoyed reading this guide and while I have no current plans to use Focusing to help me earn my living, it is good to know that I could. I use the technique of Focusing to keep myself calm and happy and achieving what i want from life
